Yep, just got back here this afternoon. Going to take the Postal Exam Monday morning. Decided it was the best route. Not exactly happy to be here, but such is life. All of our stuff just got shipped to Dallas too by the military, so now we have nothing here. Anyways, just updating everyone.

I got an 82 + 10 pts for being a Disabled Veteran, so a 92! Plus I'm at the top of the list, so I will be calling them tomorrow to see what is next so I can decide what to do with the NASSCO job!

Quote, originally posted by NascarXprt »which one did you go with buddy?None yet actually, I was supposed to start working at the shipyard on the 2nd, but I needed a copy of my birth certificate which got sent with everything else I own to TX. SOOOO, I sent a request to get one from the state of VA where I was born, and I thought I was set when I got a letter in the mail from them yesterday, but turns out the web info forgot to mention I needed to send a copy of my ID, so they sent everything back just to tell me they needed that even though my phone number was right there on the request! Now I have to wait until Tues to resend it and I know it won't get here until well after the 2nd, and I haven't heard from the USPS yet, hopefully next month from what the guy at the PO told me.
