3008 miles today, it is 16 weeks old (sort of like how parents describe our children) We're trying to stay on a 10k per year schedule. we bought an extended warranty(not from the dealer) which covers the major parts of the car for 100,000 miles regardless of how many years it takes to get there. The way I look at it, I have a 10 year, 100k mile warranty.

Then I smelled something burning. I pulled over to the side and turned the vehicle off. It wouldn't start again. All I could think of is what you said.70,900 Miles-Savoy-
Didn't mean to fear-monger you into a restless night, Savoy! (and I'm pretty sure your Vibe isn't going to fireball due to going a bit past the valve adjustment period), but it would be good to hear how/if the clearances changed in 70,000 + miles.
I looks like a few people have more miles on there cars.. but I'm catching quick. My Vibe GT just turned 1 and I have 50,806 miles on it! I am easily on track to do that again this year. I haven't gotten any 'major scheduled maintenance' done either.. but I have been told to get the fuel injectors cleaned relatively soon.
I had 18000 miles on my 2003 when I traded it for the 2004 GT and now it has 2500 miles on it now. Not tto bad on likes where I live even if it is the largest land based city in the USA.Shadow Realm

My odometer hit 100,000 km on the way home tonight. I stopped to take pictures (I took one when it said 99,999 km and it was -9C out), but I'm not sure that my camera can focus on the digital display. I'll have to download them & see what I ended up with.
