Well after 39,500 mi on my base vibe I finally got rid of my Contis. They were nosiy, produced a poor ride, and had lousy traction. I replaced them with a set of 4 Michelin Harmonys. Just got them yesterday, but the difference in ride comfort and nosie reduction is astounding. I am looking forward to see how they do this winter and will keep ya'll posted on how they perform.

as many...I have the RS-A's they are better than contis, but not by much. I have had a slight shimmy with the alloys and RS-A's but not with my steels and $60 snow tires. I have had the balance checked twice , paid by me. The dealers refuse to check the tires or rims for trueness. I suspect it's the tires because the dealer would all have to replace them if it was the tires GM doesn't want that. RS-A's they are a 4ply tread, where my snows are 5 ply. The snows are quieter and ride better. It will be 2-3 years before I get rid of the Junk-Year tires. Buy a 5 ply tire is my advice for all. Good that someone has a good ride.
