I thought that this would be an interesting topic to post...so if you could do anything to your Vibe, what would it be? It could be the simplest thing that costs 25 bucks or be the whole nine yards...their your dreams...so what do you have in mind

I think it would be fun to give it the European rally car treatmeant. Maybe raise it an inch, put big flood lights on the front, beef up the suspension and find some good back roads to have fun on. Kinda like this Audi:http://www.speedace.info/autom...r.jpg

well id do something like Bluecrush and have drawn up some ideas.custom hood kinda like the JSP or RKSports.Custom body kit with fully adjustable lip spoiler and Custom Rear spoilerscustom Greedy Dual exhuastdrop in a V6 with a super chargerconvert it to a RWD Vibeupgrade to a manual trany that has been upgraded itselfkeep the 2.3" drop and the CAIwindow tint custom sound systemhave an xbox and ps2 insidecustom body paintnice 18" OZ Palladro racing wheelsrear sway barcustom roll cagehehehe i think i wanna go the whole Nine yards+ on this car.

Put in the Honda V6 and 5 spd auto that's in my Saturn Vue.

I like the idea that SSW brought up about a wide body kit.that &• some nice 18s• S-techs• upgraded suspension• some better stereo equpment• custom paint job• custom dual-exhaust• RWD conversion• auto -> manual conversion• turbocharger

hey damronjr, wouldn't your first agenda be to get it running right? i used to think about what i would do to my vibe if i won the lottery. i wanted to beef up the whole drivetrain and turbo it up! not to mention custom 2tone paint and all kinds of cool crap.

Mavrik you rule. that's exactly what came to my mind. A complete STI engine - tranny - drivetrain swap with a custom quad turbo, forged internals, track coilovers. With all that, our little vibes may take on a Veyron! What would it be called then, A Pontoyaru?

yup... thats what I want...STi swap in my Vibe. Complete engine and driveline... talk about a wicked fast car. but I'm just going to buy the real deal next year

I'd have to say a small block and rear wheels drive conversion somehow...firewall would have to be moved, lots of work. Just imagine pulling up at a light next to some punk kid in a stang GT with a Vibe that sounds like a freakin Nova!Not only sounding like a god but also having the capability to totally decimate a wide variety of cars no Vibe could ever dream of competing against Not that drag racing proves anything but it's still fun to partake in.

Shorten it to a 2 door coupe. Chop the roof down just a couple inches.Gull wing doors (lambo's are so overdone).Projector lights from a Mazda 6s.Carbon fiber tail lights.JDM right hand drive.Custom wide body kit.500hp turboed engine.Fiberglass EVERTHING interior.One Jackhammer bass speaker with everything to run it. Or just trade it in for the new skyline GT-R

Since some of you mentioned the doors, I think putting suicide doors on the back would be neat

Give it a new paint job with paint that won't easily chip.

yea that was the first thought i had about the car suicide the rear doors. that would look sweet.

anyone know of anyone who has suicide or lambo doors on the Vibe? Or seen any pics with them?

To be perfectly honest with you, because the Vibe's doors has the frame around the side windows on the front doors I don't think lamborghini doors would look all that great simply becasue the Vibe's doors are too tall looking. If you did what Lancer suggested (chop the top) then I think it would look wonderful

I would like to see this too. or shaved suicide doors.WIth enough welding anything is possible.

man there is just so many ideas out there an to tell you the truth lancer pretty much somed it all up to what i want to do to mine just with out the gull doors but that would be cool to tell you the truth but with out the 500hp turbo engine i would do a V8 in it make it into a true pontiac and throw in an old school GTO carborated motor in that bad boy or just stick to the new gto engine and s/c it the vibe would fly!!!
