I thought I'd share a quote from Grissom's soapbox speech at the end of last night's CSI (Episode 145: Fannysmackin'). I thought it was a interesting episode:The truth is, a moral compass can only point you in the right direction, it can't make you go there. Our culture preaches that you shouldn't be ashamed of anything you do anymore. And unfortunately this city is built on the principle that there's no such thing as guilt. "Do whatever you want, we won't tell." So without a conscience, there's nothing to stop you form killing someone. And evidently you don't even have to feel bad about it.

while my wife likes all the CSI's (vegas/miami/nyc in that order i think?) i only watch the beginning of the miami one to hear the cheesy line that annoying red headed guy makes just before they go to the music.......then it's outta the living room for me! (i like the music too....the who rock!)

The gf wanted to know what we would be for Halloween (party we are going to). I told her we could do a CSI montage where she dresses up as either Horatio (from CSI: Miami) or Grissom (from CSI:) and I could be a commercial...she'd say something super obvious (while being very poignant and dramatic) and then I'd cut into the conversation right after she finished trying to sell them on various things.......she called me an idiot and uber dork.
