Is anyone else having the problem with the GY Eagle RSA tires where they get so cold that they will even spin on dry pavement? What would be a better treadwear for tires so I am not spinning all the time every winter?

I knew that, but would a softer tread do the same thing?

Bridgestone Blizzaks are very spongy, they work great in the snow, ice and cold, but handle like marshmellows on warm dry roads...

Well then, I may have to give them a shot next winter.

quote:Sub,I had the Firestone tire shredding problem on my 2000 Ford Ranger Extended Cab 4*4 and I almost flipped, so just a bad experience and I will stay away from those tires, thats all. LOLThe snow tires might be different, but I will not take the chance, maybe in a year, still bad thoughts. LOLOk, now I understand why you do not want any Firestone/Bridgestone tire anymore.

Come next year, I WILL be getting GD tires!!!
