Well, I don't support any sort of unsupervised drag racing on city streets. I don't race and quite frankly I don't care to know whether my Vibe is faster than your Vibe/Matrix. It gets me to where I want to go safe and sound. The purpose of the meet that I am trying to organize is for us Vibe as well as Matrix owners to get together as a group and discuss what we write about on the forums.Simply put, shoot the **** and take some pics to post online....and that is about it.

Will you post specifics here, please. I don't expect that I would be within in the short term but you never know..

Well, I was hoping to have a meet on Saturday, Feb. 22nd at noon. Specific place is still to be determined, but it will be around the Krispy Kreme on Mavis and Britannia in Mississauga.Please let me know who is interested.

That also gives you 2 weeks to get it covered w/ road salt too.

I am hoping for at least 5 cars, if not more....after all, the more show up, the more fun we will have.

I will drive around the area on Saturday, so that I have a better idea exactly where to meet. I wouldn't want to end up moving the location on the day of and not have everyone around. I want the first local meet to be nice and hopefully it won't be so fu@*ing cold.

I'm afraid I will miss this get-together but I would be interested in future ones especially in the good old summer time. Have fun and maybe post some pics! Do have a Krispy Kreme (or two) for me.

Well,Now that you all know what I drive, the next time you see it driving around the Mississauga/Brampton area, look, smile and wave or just hold up the the two Finger "V" sign (also known as the peace sign)...as a way of saying hello to your fellow Vibe owners.

Darn, I work Saturdays so I will miss the meet. Too bad, the double doubles would have been on me.

The only thing wrong with the picture was Big_Red's Hab flag. I had a good time and it will be better when its warmer out there. I think the extra salt was for Dredd2099's benefit. "To Sail the Sea of Stars"

As much as I would like to be able to have dual citizenship (US and Canadian), I don't think I would be a very supportive US citizen, especially with your trigger happy President.

If it is up to Bush, I think he would say that Canada has ties with Bin Laden.
