Well today was the last Solo II Championship event of the season. Both Phil and I went out there. He did a great job today, representing the vibe's very well! best time of the day overall was also represented by a 2zz (Lotus Elise) with 38.538 sec. Phil landed a 45.270 and I came in with a 45.446. Not bad for our first year. On an almost identical course at the same location, the very first event of the year, we both had 48/49 sec runs (high 48 sec). we've improved about 3 almost 4 secs! We'll have to try and d/l some vids from inside the cars as well as a couple short clips of the runs outside.I'm very proud of Phil. He did a great job today, very consistent (unlike me) with his times.

Well you didn't do to badly yourself and should have won your class this year. Next year even better now that you have all this behind you.Gotta get some vids uploaded heh.

well, i got 3 vids uploaded... best runs, but don't have Mav's camera to do some vid uploads from that. I did manage to get most of one of his recorded best runs even though it's not the entire thing. the pumpkin looks FAST! :DMav Run 2: 45.95 something....in the car on my best run: 45.446out of the car on my best run: 45.446

Both cars look pretty fast. I need to get the in car cam vids up. Those are fun.

buy a camera mount that attaches to the head rest bars. I mounted mine on the back seat as did Hope. Turned out great as you can see.

you have a couple different options for camera mounts. some with suction cups and others (like ours) that attach to the headrest. they are lots of fun!
