Possible TMI: Salmonella

Last week I came down with food poisoning (probably, salmonellosis) and am just now getting closer to normal than not. Anyone else here ever gotten this bug? If so, how long did it take before you got "regular"? Has anyone had any side effects (like Reiter's syndrome)?This really ticks me off...I just started ramping up my marathon training and now I'm more than a week behind.

I had it once a few years ago, but I don't remember enough about the recovery period to specifically answer your question. I know it took me 3 days to be able to go to class again without feeling like I was going to pass out somewhere on the sidewalk.
