Looks like there is a decent area to install sidemarker lights on the front fenders... has anyone done this?If you have how did you wire it so that they flash with the signal lights... do I just tie into the power wire at the front signals?CAN-AWD-VIBE

i've seen this done on other vehicles, but i can't think of anyone in particular who's done it on their vibe. i know several folks over at nissanfrontier.net that have done it on the 1st generation frontiers. some used salvaged marker lights from a VW, others went aftermarket. then they just tapped into either their parking lights/turn signals. i've got a feeling somebody around here will have the wiring diagram for the existing lights handy...

I once had only one from an export Cavalier, still have it too. However the hole for it in the fender was not circular or square it was a combination of cuts to hold the assembly.Rather then cut up your fenders I would install them under the door mirrors or search for LED blinker door mirrors, not the same idea but close.

I have the sidemarkers installed and yes you just tie into the wire for the front turn signals. Although there are two wires one set will leave them on when the lights are on or if you want the signal peice of it attach it to the second wire. I have mine wired as signals and not on all the time. Hope that helps.
