ok I wantedto paint my steelies because they are insainly warn out due to the weather and driving i just wanted to know what type of paint i should use, I've seen a few for rims but they dont have balck and i want to paint them balck, so any suggestoins??? thanx

i would just check out the spray paint area at your local department store. i'm sure they have something that would work.

i would get a HIGH heat paint just in case, and just primer it and paint, then clear it like 4 times... i did it to my cavalier rims. came out really nice... but they CAN scuff up pretty easy.

well its cool its just my steelies im going to put the hub caps back on over them i was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on what type of pint i should use the high heat is good but what brand do you think i should get???

I just saw some wheel paint at the O'Reilly's store a few days ago...lemme see if I can remember the brand...Dupli-Color: http://www.duplicolor.com/products/wheel.htmlYears ago, I used good ol' Krylon primer and black gloss enamel on my Celebrity wheels and they lasted the life of the car (over 8 years). Think I used four coats of the stuff.
