Does anyone know what size the injectors are in the 1zzfe? I have a set of 21lb accel performance injectors and I was wondering if they would fit my 05 Vibe

Replacing the injectors will do nothing unless you are FI. The 1ZZ stock injectors are 260cc, the 2zz stock injectors are 320cc and are a direct fit on the 1ZZ. Our 1ZZ injectors are set to run the engine rich from the factory. With switching to the 2zz injectors you will run even richer sending more fuel to the cylinders and flooding it. You could control the flow with an aftermarket piggyback but it wouldn't make sense because you would be setting the flow back down to where our 1zz injectors are at now. Not sure about the fit of the Accel performance injectors on the Vibe. If you are looking larger injectors than the 2ZZ then I would look at these from Hass Turbo: http://www.hassturbo.com/catalog/toyota.htmlI haven't heard of anyone switching to another injector that has the same flow rate as the 1zz stock injectors. On that same note, I don't know of anyone that has had a problem with their stock injectors other than some minor clogging that can be resolved with fuel injector cleaner. Our stock injectors are running @ only 80% of their max capacity at its highest flow point while at WOT.While you surely could switch them out if they are a direct fit and the same flow rate, I don't really think it would be worth it.Just my 10 cents worth.

+1 to what BC said, i was actually waiting for him to post because i couldnt remember what the stock 1zz injectors flow was.But Monkey wrench racing has 380cc injectors460cc injectors630cc injectorsso yea if your turbo or supercharged go for the big ones but if not, id stay stock.
