Anybody tried any of this stuff yet? I admit, I thought it looked cool as hell, that's about the only reason I went for it I guess. Woah, clear stuff, innovative packaging! LOL!I bought the detail spray the other day and gave it a shot, it worked great. The thing I liked best about it was that it didn't leave the streaks and such that other detail sprays I've tried have left behind. It didn't leave the paint as slick as the last stuff I used (Meguiars NXT spray) but this stuff was a LOT easier to remove. I always end up washing my cars at night so that means elevated levels of humidity... Me and that Meguiars stuff would go 'round and 'round, I tried to take it off, all it would do was smear. This stuff seemed to be a lot easier to remove with the same general amount of humidity in the air.I didn't get any pics though, since it was dark and stuff and now the car's dirty again. lol! But I did detail my engine bay with this crap tonight, ooooh wow!! It really did do a great job on everything - metal, plastic, whatever.I thought about trying the wax as well, I'm interested to see how good of a job it does... I really like the "Platnium Series Ultra Gloss" stuff in the green bottle they have and I just found some at Big Lots for like $3 where everyone else wants at least $8 for it... So I'm stocked up on wax for a while, and I don't NEED to buy this new stuff I guess. So somebody else, try it already and let me know how it goes.

I've been trying out the liquid wax under the same name. Works pretty well... certainly don't miss the white dust of my Mothers or Maguires

I've used it a bit and it works great on any plastic trim pieces (the wax version at least). It makes them nice and shiny again. The wax version requires two trips around the car but is easy. The quick detailer seems like it may almost be the same stuff. I have considered just using the wax as a quick detailer it is so easy to take on and off.

I used the wax on my car before the Michigan and Ohio meet... it wasn't the greatest, but it was good.PROS: being clear, it didn't leave behind any chalky residue (like you get with most traditional waxes). Being able to apply the wax in direct sunlight was nice too... mainly because I don't have any shade around my place. Left a nice shine.CONS: the water only beaded for a few days The nice shine, mentioned earlier, only lasts a couple of days.

That looks really slick, nice and shiny! I used the Ice spray again last night... After giving the car a good coat of wax with the TurtleWax Ultra Gloss stuff, I hit all the various bits of black trim with the Ice stuff, and used it to give my wheels a really good cleaning. Looked great! I really like the way this stuff works on plastic and how it looks when you're done. I'd much rather use this than armor all, I don't usually like to armor all stuff on the outside.

it rained yesterday and it seems like the ICE finish is gone. the plastic still looks good but the metal isn't slippery smooth like when I first applied it. Guess I'll use it on the plastic when I wax my car with good old fashion carnubula wax.
