Just got my 06 vibe. Anyone know if the airbox is the same as previous models? I want to put in a K & N, but I am not 100% sure because the K & N site does not list any filter for the 06, only through 05.Thanks

I have a K&N intake for my 06, it is possible to put it in with slight mod. It took my brother and me a while to figure it out, meanwhile the check engine light came on and the car was revving high. But if you know what you're doing, you can figure it out. Not too hard. Here's some pics:http://i114.photobucket.com/al...3.jpgh ... al...1.jpg

Hi MNMS,Did you mean the drop-in filter? Since you referred to the airbox, I would assume so. I don't think the drop-in filter is different, the full Intake, as someone previously mentioned, will need to find one suited for the 06 or do some work to a previously listed one.Dave

Yeah, just the drop in. Cold Air would be cool, but it's not in the budget.
