Just got map sensor from msd ignition...we have partial install of PCS Xtended fool controller..just have to make time with mecahnic to fininsh all these installs..then off to dyno...

well after all is said and down we should be about 200-225 whp....with about 200ft lbs...torque being key to our success...

Looking at the pic, the grill says 2003 or 2004, but the rockers say 2003.

so is this a "turbo" or supercharger.I looked at vortech and saw a vortech supercharger but its a turbo? just curious to why the call a turbo a s/c...

The key there Mrizzle is that it is SIMILAR in construction to a turbo but in principle is considerably different. It uses a similar "fan" to compress the intake charge, but it's belt driven rather than using a turbine driven by the heated exhaust gases like a turbo.That, of course, is a greatly condensed explaination.

well I just ordered a tranny cooler from B&M..found out that is gonna be key to build boost without tearing up tranny

ha ha! you lucky SOB! and let me know how that tranny cooler works. i have one, but haven't ever installed it. should probably do that by spring as well.... hoping for headers (used) and bigger TMIC (used) and a NEW tranny cooler.

sent rtranny cooler back connections were off..caused leaks..I'm pissed...
