I've seen kits for suicide rear doors too. They looked pretty cool.

I've seen a bunch of Matrix's with them. They look sweet! Some day I may have them.

OH hahhahah i thought he said does any Viper (the dodge car) have suicide doors wow...yea my glasses must of been off Yes there is a kit, and someone on MO.org has them.

I haven't seen them cheaper than 950.... I would like to do it but I would want to get the bolt on kit not weld and how rediculous is that like 700 more for bolts

Some weld-on kits can be bolted on if you drill holes and reinforce it enough. When the time comes, you can pull the kit, plug the holes and bolt the stock hinges back on.... Universal kits are a lot cheaper...

they are really not worth the 1 thousand dollars they cost. i'd rather have shaved door handles and poppers.

I wanna be different. I want gull winged doors! But then I'd have to take up 2 parking spots to get in and out. I'm starting to not like the idea of having to swing the door open, like normal. Then pushing the door up to the 90 or 130 degrees. Rather have just the one smooth motion to get them up in the air.How about a ram attatched to the seat and the door. That pushes them both out so all you have to do is stand straight up and walk out? That would be trick. Kinda like the Mercedes jeeps on Jurassic Park II.

Does anyone have any pictures of a vibe with the lambo doors installed? I am very interested in buying some but want to see what it looks like first.

I don't think I have ever seen a vibe with lambo doors.

my plan has always been to lambo or butterfly the front doors and suicide the rear that would be awesome

Unless your Vibe can go 200+ MPH, it would be lame.Don't have lambo doors unless you can back up the goods.

For some reason I actually read all the way through this thread even though I hate lambo doors and now I'm glad I did...All these funny pictures made the rofflecopter take off

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the lambo doors myself - might as well make 'em gullwing.However, I have a friend with a "2 car" garage that is so narrow with his WRX and his gf's toyota pickup that the only way they could park both in them would be to have Lambo doors on both vehicles.

If you are goin to go show, Lambo doors are your best bet. If you are just goin to have them for the hell of it, don't waste your time and money.

Balto, I know I gave you some flack, but your Vibe is one of the few I can see pulling off the Lambo doors without looking just terrible... Now, if you could only get us some pics with the sun over your back, so we could actually SEE your wheels... That's be hot... Your car would deffinitly benifit from a "StormTrooper" sticker to...
