went to GNC today and just felt like i was in a bodybuilding super training mass building commercial.i want a healthy (chocolate type) flavor drink. lots of vitamins, etc, low or no sugar. dont care if that effects teh taste. i used to take myoplex. switched to boost, but i think boost has too much glucose in it. i can tell int he morning.not looking to add muscle mass, but i am working out each morning, mostly cardio.thanks

The no sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast is really good. Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but I like the way it tastes and it works well for me.

I've been eating Sunwarrior Classic Protein (
http://www.amazon.com/Sun-Warrior-Ultim ... B003ATUDKU) for my post workout meal. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant so this fits my needs perfectly.
I blend one banana, one spoon full of peanut butter, one scoop of the mix, and 8 oz of almond milk. Super tasty and not chalky.

Hey Kapral,
Awesome results! Your diet is simple enough for anyone (but a vegetarian) to follow. Do you consume any carbohydrates? Do you use organic foods?
