hi zionzr2,I personally had very bad experiences with Tires Plus. Got my wheels there. Drive off after install, the steering wheel wobbled horribly. Took it back, they forgot to get the Hubcentric rings but the advisor said he would center them as best as possible and order the rings. While centering them, they damaged the paint on 3 of them. Told my sales advisor, showed him the damage, he then told me they owed me some new wheels. When they told me the replacement wheel was in, I went back to find out they were only going to replace 1. They damaged 3 but would only replace one. I was livid... While getting the one wheel replaced they told me I had a wheel out of round. They had to order me another new wheel. They offered to re-install the paint damaged one back on till they could get me a new wheel (at my expense). I didn't hit any major pot holes or curbed it or anything. What could I do? So, I complained big time about all 3 issues, the Hub rings, the 3 damaged wheels and the now out of round wheel. Wait weeks to get the rings, call them several times. When the rings came in, I had the wheels rechecked. The service tech then told me that there was nothing wrong with the wheel. it was the tire that was warped. I was very confused and angry at the time. The manager and the service rep I first delt with on the wheel issue wasn't there so I left. Called back and was grilled big time by the manager on what I could have done to the wheel. Yet the time they showed me the wheel on the balancer thing, it wasn't the wheel out of round, it was a warped tire. Took it back in AGAIN, the manager does the work on it. Shows me that it IS the wheel and NOT the tire (though I had seen it on the same balancer a week or so before and the wheel didn't "hop" then. Basically, I will never go back to a Tires Plus and would never recommend them to anyone. I ended up keeping the damaged pant wheels (the original wheels I bought) Tires Plus replaced nothing for the damage they caused. The warped wheel went back to TSW. To make things worse. The very last time they did work on the wheels, they over torqued several lugs causing them to snap when being removed. Also on several of the many times waiting in there store, I had witnessed several people come in complaining about wheels they couldn't get off after having service there and one who came back to get his vehicle after having some simple repair to find his car in the lot with the windows down and unlocked. Not a place I would recommend at all!
