i just bought the xm satellite radio roady xt...does anyone have any ideas as to where to mount the reciever in my vibe? and where i can get a pretty decent mount, cuz the one provided with the kit is not to good, and i really do not want to put it in the vent cuz then i loose the vent....so any input would be greatly appreciated.

I understand the mount issue; the vent mount actually works well, but does block that vent. This post might help:

How about on the storage compartment next to the steering wheel on the left side. Maybe if you open the compartment door, you can set it up to sit there where it sits on top of the compartment door. I think someone here had either a scan gauge or a roady set up that way, but I can't find that thread with the image.

i figured it out, i put it next to the radio on the right side...kinda covers up the 3 and the 6, and also the hr and mn buttons, but you only change the time 2 times a year, and if im using the XM i am not going to press the buttons....if i get around to it, ill post some pictures
