hey, just wanted to introduce myself.....Just bought my second car, 06 frosty white vibe (for the wife) and I must say that I'm pretty impressed. Its the base model, but we got the power package, moons and tunes package MP3 player ,16' alloys, sunroof etc.We got it @ a sweet price because the dealer had it for 6 months and apparently no one wanted a white one (not to mention all people drive here are big diesel trucks). We also got a free spoiler out of the deal (being installed next week), the recent graduation backpack, year long gas card and the PST return. Needless to say, we couldn't say no Biggist selling point, powered by Toyota !!!BTW, this site is kick-(removed), lots of info and people willing to share advise/experience. Looking forward to hopefully sharing some of mine.Oh yah, here is my car. I'm also a member of TorontoCivics (Just moved from TO to alberta). The civic is my toy and kinda modified, ( I worked @ honda for a while) but the Vibe will remain absolutely stock

Yah, Dealership are giving tons of incentives for young people to buy new cars. We were originally going to buy a 2/3 yrs old Vibe GT, but it was really hard finding one out here in the sticks and they hold their resale value extremely well.Is that a stock spoiler in your signature picture ?

No sticks in the sticks? Sad! It is the top spoiler of the GM spoiler package, which comes with the top and mid spoilers.

Weolcome to the website. I like that model year of Civic. It's hard to find them in good shape around my house. My buddys got a really sharp black one. At first glance it looks like a little M3.

yah, sorry....my bad....Hot soak (can't type)Its an extended crank condidtion where the engine does not turn over for quite some time..Apparently PCM has to be replaced....I thought they fixed this problem for the 06, hopefully the dealership is going to be kool about it....

Welcome!I got a 06 back on 4/17 and experienced a "hot soak" within a week, since then it has not happened yet and the weather has been about the same. So I am hoping the PCM is a learning one and has adjusted. It's up to you if you want to wait a while before going to dealer.

I just came back from the dealership and they told me that they apparently fixed this problem for 06......and that the computer will adjust itself......soo far it hasn't happened for over a week......I'm hoping they are right
