About 3 or 3 1/2 hours But my buddy never showed up so I did all the work by myself... I went to autozone to get the spring compressorsI have all the air tools to help me out.

don't forget to get your car aligned after about a week, to let them settle. What rims and tires are you putting on?

those instructions are pretty specific. For those who have already installed lowring springs, how hard do you think it is to install on a scale from 1 to 10? Also, how much was the spring compressor?

The install for average people would be prolly a 6-7... once you get that first one done the rest are pretty simple. But me and my MODDING LUCK... didnt figure out the bumpstops and just left the stock stopper there needs to redo it cuz of it.But like the hard to fit intake its worth it in the end.I borrowed an AutoZone compressor for 65 bucks

with air tools, jack stands, floor jack and a garage to work in and some knowhow and friends, music, pizza and beer... I rate the job on a scale of 5 on difficulty. I find making sure the new springs are in the correct placement is always the difficult part.My friend Dale and I swapped out springs on my friend CJ's Impreza WRX. We started around 11am, stood around BSing a lot and after we were done, roadtested and it was onlt 2:30pm. Its not a hard job if you know what your doing.

Mav, i think the beer is what makes the install so fast
