How to make the sunroof close without pushing the button twice!

Ever since I got my 05 with the M&T package, I thought that it was idiotic that the moonroof wouldn't close with one touch like my wife's Accord. I did some web surfing, and I found this over on Matrixowners.com.It took me 30 minutes to do, and cost $0.63 to buy the diode at RadioShack.My roof now closes simply by holding the button down.

Cool. I know a lot of people are annoyed by this. It doesn't bother me though.

Cool, but no thanks, as soon as something blows up there's more $ out of my pocket! I'll deal with the soft stop.

I haven't soldered anything in I can't tell you how long, and I, a drunken Irishman, was able to do this in 30 minutes! Hell, 10 of the 30 minutes were spent waiting for the solder gun to heat up and cool off!"somewhere in the world, it's happy hour by now...."
