here's the deal. A bad hail storm rolled through last friday ~ baseball sized hail. The Vibe is pretty messed and needs a new hood. The price for a new hood is $408 from GM, at leas this is what the body shop is quoting. So I was think why not put a better looking hood on there. Are there any hoods out there for less than $425 that look good?BTW, total repair bill is $4,373 and I have to pay ZERO for comp. Thanks!

Man... you got like 6 more cars and a bike!!! why complain... Really though check out rksports... they have one. then there was a group buy on a Carbon Fiber hood. then a few custom ones.... so i guess its up to you.Others will post that know how to purchase the CF hood.Good luck

RKSport and Street Grafitti both sell the RKSport hood. JSP America has the M-style carbon fiber hood but don't know about their supply. THE SLP hood you can get through Streetforce.ca if they still have any. VIS Racing makes the OEM carbon fiber hood. Don't know about any others off the top of my head.

Thanks for the replies. I don't think the wife would go for a carbon fiber hood but probably something with a ram air opening.

RamAir is sweeet , the RKsport has grown on me, but the SLP is far superior in looks.
