Before..TWM "Classic" knob in gun blueStock knobAfter..I really like the redline boot's quality, although the stitching isn't perfect, and TWM's new gun blue finish process is awesome, much better than the first go-round EDIT: smaller image sizes so that my post is mod-friendly

Thanks Mike I just realized that the base stitching is exposed, and it shouldn't be. I'm going to have to clean up this install a bit.Let me tell you, the .44 magnum knob is AWESOME - weighing in at over 1 pound, the shifts are even smoother than I expected.

The TWM kit is a complete kit, and both lowers the height AND shortens the throws.TRD's only shortens the throws (i think), it's a replacement lever meaning you'll have to use the OEM plastic shifter unit), and it requires that you hack up part of your console (under the shifter, in the small pocket compartment) to make it fit.I'd be happy to help with this if you did buy it.

Are these pics of the redline shift boot with the TWM STS? If so, how much shorter did you order the shift boot from Redline? Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks. I noticed that but figured I'd try anyway. I want to order a new shift boot, but am wondering if I should order it at 2.5" shorter to compensate for the TWM STS as recommended by Redline's website. That just seems too short, especially judging form the pics in this thread, but I certainly could be wrong.
