Nomination method/visibilitya. Nomination public: Nominations should be done in a public thread, similar to VOTM, and are viewable by all.b. Nomination hidden: Nominations are done via external anonymous ballot form, and are not made public during the nomination/winner selection period (current method)c. Nomination mixed: Nominations are done via external anonymous ballot form, but list of nominated members is publicly posted and updated throughout the month.2. Nominee poola. Nominee reset: A nomination is valid only for the current month. Simialr to Votm, and the current methodb. Nominee carryover: Non-winning nominees are automatically included in a future MOTM contests3. Winner selectiona. Winner random: Each month the MOTM is selected using a random selection process (current method)b. Winner poll: The winner is selected via a public poll, similar to VotM (incompatible with 1b.
