Gettin new rims...lil help?

Well folks. I have been sifting through a lot of rim choices to try narrow down my choices and quite frankly I still can't decide. Right now, I'm leaning towards the Tenzo R Mach 10 Matte Black with the red groove. I like the look. I would love some input on what rims you all think would look good on an '04 Lava Vibe GT. I think if the red groove is a perfect (or close to perfect) match, this would look sweet. I'm painting the calipers Lava this weekend.http://www.tenzoracingsports.c....htmlAny recommendations? Can anyone photoshop these onto a Lava Vibe with Lava Calipers? Seems they would look pretty sweet, but I haven't seen anyone else with these on their ride...

Thanks M, too bad my photochop skills $uck. If only these wheels were available through http://www.tirerack.com I could see the end result, but wanted to get multiple feedback regarding my selection. I thought my homelink would be a hit, but it fizzled with no interest either, so I'm trying to feel it out before I get...

I know that those rims would look sweet on a black Vibe. But you think they would also look sweet on a Lava red Vibe?

Those would look pretty sweet... that hint of red in the wheels should make it look good on a Lava Vibe.

I found a pic of a Mini with 18" matte black with the red groove.Remember to picture it on a Lava GT. Think it looks too "tuner"?

The VERY first Vibe I ever saw a picture of was the red GT-R with black centers and polished rims. It was also at last summer's GenVibe super meet III in Fenton. Brief overview --> http://www.welovepontiacs.com/future.htmlQuote »"GM Accessories from General Motors Service Parts Operations (SPO) has outfitted Vibe GT-R with an aggressive appearance package, including an upper roof spoiler, rear deck spoiler, new front and rear fascias and a new wheel and tire package featuring 19-inch Motegi racing wheels. In addition, the ride height has been lowered three inches, by using Ground Control/Eibach ERS adjustable suspension. While none of the accessories on the GT-R concept are currently available, many of them are under consideration for GM Accessories production options."

You're welcome. Unfortunately, the red rim detail was mostly lost in the chop, because the Vibe photo was much smaller than the rim photo, but I agree that the black rims look good on a lava Vibe. Also, your actual rim size might be smaller than illustrated, I just resized the rim photo to cover the original rims in the photo, probably 18-inchers. I don't know whose car the donor photo is, I just collect interesting Vibe photos in a 'VIBE Folder' on my hard drive.

Hey bobby I photochopped some rims I thought would look sweet on your car. Sorry for tehy crappy PS job but I did it like 10 minutes (oh and sorry if I ripped a pic of someones vibe off. I included a drop, red calipers, Flik artic rims, body colored side moldings (like yours), and big brake kit. oh and the rims are flikk artics and you can get a good price on a bundle (tire/wheel combo) at http://www.edgeracing.com

oh sorry one more thing... I got to looking at the Mach 10 rims and the spokes just look a little too thin on your car, if they were a little thicker like the Falken circuit specs they might look pretty damn hot!Let me know what you think of the mesh style wheel on your car.

sorry let me introduce myself. Engineertwin2 is my brother, I drive a 92 Toyota MR2 Turbo. I just wanted to get on here and post a pic of what I think would look right on his car, dont get me wrong the Mach 10s are cool, but I think a mesh style wheel will look a little better. If you dont liek those and you absolutly want the red lip, look for a used set of racing sparco clasic mesh with anodized red lip. if you like the stand alone spoke style I would suggest the Falken Circuit specs in Gun metal with pollished lip, or you could even have to lip proffessionaly painted, Or maybe we could make it a brotherly project.

Ok I just saw this. Welcome to the Site Tommy...Nice work on the photo-chop. You know I dig it - and you'll find others here will dig your ability to photo-chop as well. I do like the way the mech rims look, but I'm still almost sold on the Mach 10's. I like the thin ones. I think the best lookin' rims on here are BlueCrush's before he sold them. I just wish I thought they would look hot with the red...they just look so sweet with that blue...See BC's here http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=9249
