I know it might not sound like much, but we got 6 inches of snow today in 3 hours and it is still snowing. The roads are a mess..... The people here DO NOT know how to drive in the snow and ice. But the Vibe handled like a dream. I couldn't believe the crazy way that people were driving. Drive safe!!!!!

we're getting ready to get hammered here on the eastern shore of maryland. It's the same thing shut the state down no one knows how to handle snow.

You don't understand the severity of 10 inches of snow on the eastern shore of Maryland. In the 8 years I've lived here we have never gotten that much. The whole town has panicked. Grocery and bewer stores had lines all day...

LOL... It is all perspective. Got up this morning and said. "Oh, another 8 inches of snow overnight."But if it gets to be 100 F here one day in the summer, you'll see me complaining about that!

I tried to get to work today with no luck. Tennessee just does not have the equipment needed to deal with ice. Now the sun is out and melting the very top of the snow and re-freezing, so there is like a crust on the top of the snow. I sat on the interstate for like an hour and went no where, so I promptly retuned home. I personally am not afraid to drive in the ice and snow, I am however scared of all the other people that are driving..... You would think in a town as big as Nashville that theycould get the roads cleared to be at least passable in one lane. It is kind of disturbing. ANd now I am missing a whole day of work But i guess I should look at the positive--3day weekend!!!!

try driving an empty 2wd Coca-Cola van all day in the same stuff. I went out this morning as well but quickly returned home after spinning out twice. Guess all my customers will get a phone call today.
