Thats such a sweet vibe... i love that color. That would have been my ultimate color choice but my pontiac didnt have it! How is the nitrous wired to the engine... Doesnt it hurt the enigne when you use it or is it set for a certain RPM?Just curious as to how it works and how much did that setup set you back?

The nitrous is a direct injection into the CAI. It is a wet system meaning is shoots Nitrous and Gas Mixture. I have a Bottle opener switch and a arming switch. When I hit the arming switch on an when I hit the gas to the floor...its sprays....65hp shot...its a rush...engine damage...dont know...as far as cost...it set me back about 1000 dollars for the setup...if you check out my car domain site youll see the bottle is hidden in the right wheel well...labor intensive install. The bottle warmer was another couple hundred....well worth the money....Ive blown away some cars in races that are still scratching their heads going what the heck was that...I just got beat by a station wagon....Makes me feel all warm an fuzzy....

Sounds sweet... and I was asking about engine damage cuz a guy in AZ when i lived there had a Old mustang (57) i think and had his NOS all electronically controlled through the RPM's so when he hit a certain RPM it sprayed. But that is a nice investment... makes you car even better. And seeing that thing makes me all warm and fuzzy too!!! Now you just need a camera man in the car while you whoop some ricers (removed)!

Those rims are HOT - perfect match for a shadow vibe Question - what's that extension on your front license plate? I've never seen that before.

You didnt know its a shade for the plate!!! for those summer days! It does look pretty cool, and the rims compliment the car!

Shade for the plate is a Laser Diffuser...When cops shoot laser at me it sends a signal back that gives them an error message on their gun..saved my (removed) 10 fold over what it cost...

(Ouch!) o sorry my jaw hit the table when i saw the price... man thats some big bucks. why so much for a piece of plastic and a lil gizmo inside...Is it really worth it???

The laser diffuser is only 300 bucks...installed...thats cheap.....a speeding ticket in the state of connecticut at 20mph over the limit is 400 dollars...that device has saved my (removed) probably 10 times...its worth every penny...the rest of the system...is pricing cause its a remote system installed in the grille and mounted remotely in the car...its pretty reasonable for the cost that could incur....

Well i guess its worth it for you... i got a base vibe. so i dont think i would really need it.And i cant really race or speed to much out here cuz of traffic or cops.i know a lot of places where they lurk and let me tell you they dont play games out here. When i had my cavalier all did up... man i got followed so many times just so the cops could check my plates! (jerks!!!)

Yeah, but if you got a bottle of NO2 in your car... wouldnt you prolly wind up with some tickets in your record??? A couple hundred dollar investement pays itself off with every ticket you avoid. My last one was $200, thats almost the front piece.

Curious...

yes, i definitely think you've got one of the nicest vibes out there... and anyone interested in a similar system, there is a group buy on one of the legacy forums, $300 i think for the system that comes with 2 jammers (whatever you want to call them). good system for sure. if you want more info, just PM me and i'll send you the link.

Could you post that link for the jammers please I'd like to take a look at those and maybe one day save up and actually get some lol. But ya I really like that navigation set up and if anyone knows anything on that please let me know because I think that was my favorite thing about his Vibe and it looks so good.
