Please use “Cincy Mini Meet” in the subject line. So far I have authorization for 1-10 vehicles – and should be able to get clearance for more if needed. There will be no "Grilling out" or alcoholic beverages allowed at the vehicles. (Save that for afterwards )

Unfortunately, that date just doesn't work for us, Rob.We've got a rehearsal commitment at church at 2:00 p.m. that same day, preparing for a dramatic presentation the next day (Palm Sunday afternoon).Try as I might, and public safety laws and officers notwithstanding, I don't think the Vibe & I'd make it the 100+ miles back to Lebanon in less than an hour! Hopefully another time!

Thanks Everyone - Keep the Responses coming - I will keep updating the List as I get Responses/confirmations - I would like to have a difinitive list a couple of days before the meet. At least 2 or 3 confirmations as I don't want to be sitting down there all day by myslef LOL

Count me in!!! I've been lurking (read forums but don't post) for a while. Anyway I saw there was a meet in Columbus last year and planned on making the pilgramage this year but, a mini meet in Cincy is a perfect way for me to start participating.

Will be great to see someone new at the meets! Nice timing to come out of lurking status!

Burkeyro, I was thinking the same thing today-print out flyers and put them on Vibes.I checked the weather for Saturday-RAIN. I hope it changes.

Atleast you guys got some peeps. The Michigan one Inder and I organized didn't have anyone reppin genvibe lol. Probably still hibernating for the winter.

RESCHEDULEDInstead of Being Miserable all day because it's cold and still looks like Rain, today's mini-meet is going to be Rescheduled. Looking into May now, Any suggestions on Dates for May?

I'll look at my schedule for work in May and see what I come up with. Maybe get a bigger turnout then anyway, plus I hope to have my wheels on by then.

I work mon-fri. so pretty much any weekend is cool for me

That should work for me... as long as nothing comes up between now and then. I'll know, the closer we get. A new thread might not be a bad idea, maybe we'll get a little larger turnout then.

If there's a descent turnout I would come down for this. I also work Mon-Fri with weekends off so the 20th works for me.

Sweet - Looks like we will try this again. Here is the catch though - I'm trying to get a new job which may through Everything out of whack, I still need to get in touch with the Newport on the levy people and find out what is going on that day and if we can get some parking lot space. That is if we still want to even use that site. - I'll Start a new thread but may need some help - lets Rally the troops and get a good meet going - Cincinnati/N. Kentucky is central to alot of places and there is a TON of Vibe/Matrix running around everywhere. Lets see if we can get a good sized meet going before it gets to Hot out.

I might actually be able to do that one, but I really won't know until the middle of the week. When I do know, I'll give you guys more information.
