Has anyone replaced their stock muffler with a Dynomax (Ultraflow or Super Turbo)? Sounds clips? I don't have the money for a catback and thought there might be some benefit to just changing the muffler. I'm looking for something a little louder and deeper than stock that does not sound raspy or drone on the highway.

i have the ultraflow, since i have the awd and there is no pre-made catback for it. it's pretty decent. durring idle, it has a subtle rumble that you can't hear inside the car. under acceleration, it gets somewhat loud, but no tinny raspy noise at all. go for it!

What are the differences between the ultraflow and superturbo? Based on name I'm guessing the ultraflow flows better. Is one louder than the other?

The ultraflow is mostly a straight thru design:The Super Turbo is an "S" design:The Ultra Flow is louder. The Super Turbo is closer to stock.

Thanks!Looks like it's the Superturbo that I'd want to go with. What is the stock exhaust size? Part #?

The one I had on there was 2-1/4" inlet & outlet, both offset and the part # was 17736 the muffler case is 14" long. This one would be best with your stock exhaust. The one I have on now is 2-1/2" inlet & outlet, both offset and the part # is 17749, the muffler case is 20" long.I think the stock exhaust on the base Vibe is 2".
