COILOVER SHOCKSPrice $1275Shocks: High-strength steeltubing Twin-tube design Cellular gas construction 32mm front piston 35mm rear piston Lowered ride height adjustability from: - Front, 1 1/4" to 2 3/8" - Rear, 1 1/4" to 2 3/4" Springs: Linear rate at 250 lbs/in. Stress relieved, cold-wound, shot-peened High-tensile strength, SAE-rated Shocks: Electronickel plated with clear-annodized adjustment perches Includes TRD stickers Springs: Powder-coated in red Features/Benefits - Twin tube design provides consistent dampning for improved control - Ride height can be adjusted to match most road and track conditions - Shorter shock body allows more suspension travel for improved ride quality, driver input control and tire traction. - Increased spring rate reduces body roll - Spring manufacturing process ensures precision rates for predictable control over various road conditions Installation procedure overview 1. Remove stock shock/spring assemblies 2. Disassemble stock shock/spring assemblies 3. Using specified stock components, assemble TRD coilover shocks 4. Pre-load coilovers at maximum ride height - 34 collar turns from bottom of shock body threads 5. Install TRD coilover shocks 6. Adjust suspension height 7. Align vehicle Estimated installation time Front(1): Standard OP code 431151B,C of 1.7 hours plus .5 hours = 2.2 hours for disassembly of 1 stock shock and assembly of 1 TRD shock. This includes toe-in and camber alignment. Front(2): OP code 431151A,B,C of 2.2 hours (see above) plus 1 hour = 3.2 hours for disassembly of 2 stock shocks and assembly of 2 TRD shocks. This includes toe-in and camber alignment. Rear(1): Standard OP code 481251 of 1.2 hours plus .5 hours = 1.7 hours for disassembly of 1 stock shock and assembly of 1 TRD shock. Rear(2): OP code 481251A of 1.7 hours (see above) plus .5 hours = 2.2 hours for disassembly of 2 stock shocks and assembly of 2 TRD shocks. Hardware provided Yes, but customer will have to provide chassis lube Instructions provided Yes Other materials provided Spanner and allen wrench Service parts available All shocks will be available as service parts. PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS: Ride height adjustment range Front: 1 1/4" to 2 3/8" Rear: 1 1/4" to 2 3/4" Every full adjustment collar turn results in 1/16". 16 turns = 1" change of ride height. When viewed from bottom of shock, counterclockwise turns lowers and clockwise turns raises vehicle.
