Woot just had one of these modulators as a throw in with a crappy mp3 player (256MB); I think the price for both was ~$39.99.

Oh,it was the same brand,Roadmaster.I make some research on this,i found very good reviews.

I have noticed that there is a newer VR3 model available which is model VRFM9 and is a big improvement over my model VRFM7. The VRFM9 can handle both USB drives and SD cards, has a built-in memory for remembering where you left off when unplugged, has shuffle, and a full function LCD screen which gives time, artist and file name.http://www.roadmasterusa.com/vr3_fmmod.php
