Vibe was towed

I lent my buddy my car last night, cuz i was drunk so he drove me home and then borrowed mine to get home, and it didn't have a parking pass for his apartment, and a towing company towed it... well when i went to pick it up this morning the right side of the front bumper had been ripped off by the tow truck... and they don't think they need to fix it. Looks like someones headed to small claims court. so tomorrow i'm gonna go back down and take a lot of pictures.

Bummer! Sorry to hear about the damage the Towing company made.They probably had a good laugh about it when it happened, too. Hopefully you can get it taken care of asap. Good luck in small claims court. Would your insurance company cover it?

my insurance company probably would cover it but i don't want to use them because i shouldn't have to pay for it at all cuz i wasn't at fault

You did the right thing by not driving drunk and then you got screwed over. Go figure.

welll... it's amazing what a phone call from a lawyer will do... i asked the manager to fix it and then when he told me he wouldn't.. i called a lawyer and i found one that would make a phone call to them and if i settled it out of court i wouldn't have to pay him...and then this afternoon after work i went down to take pictures and the manager came out and was like if you can wait around 10 minutes i will have a man down here to fix your car right now... and it took a total of like 25 minutes.... a lot of hassle for a little work. what jerkfaces.. but i'm just glad that i got it fixed and it is as good as ever.

Wow...the wierdest part of this whole story is that you met a nice lawyer.You should buy the lawyer a beer or something for his trouble. Good karma for you.
