I just bought a used '03 Vibe from a dealer out of state. (I was naive. Never do this.) I got there and found a couple more problems than advertised, but the price was good, and I'd already traveled so far to get it, so I took it. Been finding more problems ever since. One of the problems is that the plastic trim at the bottom of one of the doors seems to be coming off. It's attached at the front of the door, but not at the rear. Without pulling it off completely I can't tell if the trim was originally glued to the door or if there's some mechanical attachment that holds it on? Any ideas? If it's glue, does anyone know what would be a good glue for this purpose? Thanks.

I caught mine at the gas station pump curb. popping off the front door pece. it was still hooked on the back of the door. It is a combo of two sided tape and plastic push pins. I pulled it back to fix and position the push pin and it popped back into place. You might have lost the push pin that hooks to the cover.
