The exhaust manifold is excellent on the GT, there is almost no gain from a header.

You know people keep saying there is no noticable gains for the GT header. Has anyone ever dyno'ed one?

I think from what i gather from another post on this, you only really see gains when you do a full exhaust upgrade, not just the headers.

with headers you're sacrificing torque for HP because you lose a lot of backpressure

I'm not trying to call you out or anything, but I would like to see the numbers. I was seriously about to buy some.

If you try to turbo the GT I would suggest changing the internals because the 2ZZ already has a high compression ratio, and if you add more (too much) compression, well you know what can happen .
