Threw on some eibachs yesterday, thought i'd share my impressions.INSTALLATION: straight forward, a little common sense, an impact wrench, spring compressor, and hand tools make it a pretty easy job if you have some wrenching skills. took 3 hours by myself, prolly 1 1/2 hours of that spent compressing and uncompressing 8 springs.QUALITY: i bought mine used (1000 miles) but overall the paint is durable, spring shape and coil ends are dimensionally correct, and all 4 corners are at equal height.SPECS: progessive rate, mine dropped 1.2" front, 1.2" rear. top of fenderwell sits about 26.3" off ground (27.5" stock). not s-tech drop, but when i get rims they wont look ghetto, and i got a lot more handling without sacrifice.RIDE QUALITY: not much different than stock, which is what i wanted. i dont want to bounce up and down michigan crap roads and bust up rims and jar everything inside the car to pieces. bumps are a little more pronounced, but ride actually seems to "bounce" less as if the wheelbase was longer. still plenty of suspension with 4 adults in car too.HANDLING: night and day better. much flatter cornering, less "bump and roll" when cornering on bumpy roads, smoother riding, and no nose dives.CONCLUSION: perfect for getting better handling and looks without sacrificing ride quality or comfort.

are you still able to drive through snow well? like unplowed streets?

These are the same as TRD. The bumper still fits over parking curbs and snow is no more of a problem than a stock sedan. Progress rear bar finishes the job for a surprisingly neutral ride.

i gotta start looking for a RSB...i'm sure there's eibach drop pics somewhere on this site... camera currently out of commission.as for snow... well we dont have any at the moment. i dont anticipate any problems...

Snow wont be a problem.Here's mine with eibach sportlines and 'winter (stock) wheels. Dropped almost 2".

Greg: Do you know if you installed the Sport Line or Pro Line Eibach springs. It appears the Pro Line springs are a smaller drop than the Sport Line. Logic would say that the smaller the drop the smoother the ride - but that may not really be true. I guess spring rates would also come into play. I do want to install some lower springs - but I also want to be able to load 4 people into the car occasionally.Dave

i installed the prokit.i thought hard b/t prokit, sportline, and TRD. the eibachs were a heck of deal used... so it was clear. in the end, its not a "slammed" look, but here in michigan, slammed doesn't work too well.
