http://matrixowners.com/forums...rings of springs.easy install few hours. I did it in my driveway the lower you go the rougher the ride.

I agree with Tein as well. I have H-techs, not as low a drop, but not too hard either. S-techs are great and not too expensive.

It really depends on what kind of drop you want to get. I have had Eibach Pro-kits, Springtech lowering springs, and Hotchkis lowering springs. Eibach had the smallest drop, while Hotchkis had the biggest drop. Comfort is a big deal when you do this as well. The lower you go the harsher your ride quality will be.

Wat abt 2 inches drop, i guess that's not to low but its also depend on my current shock . Do I have to replace the current stock shocks. If 2 inches drop, will it still maintain the comfort ride even though my car on 5 pax. Any potential problem, unusual sound?Just asking. for diff opinion.

ST's are pretty close as well. Either way, if you go that low your gonna have a rougher ride, and if you get bigger rims with smaller tires, it's gonna get even rougher. You shouldn't have to change anything else with any of these, though, you just have to cut your bump-stop shorter.

17" actually makes my car sit a little higher believe it or not.But not a rough ride really even on the 17" tires. Full passanger load or not. I'll never go back to stock. Dropped on Tein is good.

I dropped mine 2", the ride is a little harsher, especially if you hit a pothole or bad bump. but the handling payoff is more than worth it. I got those springs off of Ebay for $120.00 shipped. Can't complain so far.

I went with the progress technology lowering springs from P-tuning.com.....160.00 with free shipping....ok yes i know it's more but i'm happier buying something from a company than ebay when it comes to my suspension. It lowered my vibe roughly 2 inches. Ride is pretty good....feel more bumps, but it's not too bad...I also went with 17" wheels too.
