With postage stamps I hear they just print a gazillion more with the "error" so the flukes lose any real value. That might happen here as well.

Up here in Canada they keep changing the coins every couple of years. I never know what my coins (or bills) are anymore. Quarters, dimes nickels are all starting to look like pesos or Italian Lira. I wish they would stop it.Just my 2 cents worth

wasnt there a problem with the Pensylvania Quarter also at the Philly mint??
