thoses are pretty common and used to haul 5th wheel trailers for camping or racing. Its a 5500 series GM pickup with a regular 1ton truck box on the back.

Actually it's an International CXT, approx. 300HP and 840 ftlbs of torque. You can haul 40.000 pounds or put 16,000 pounds in the box. It has a smaller cousin called the RXT.
