I found out on Continentaltires.com that if your tires is OEM and is under 12 months or 2/32 of its tread wear should be replaced free. Mines has ~26k and they are worn out. Also the tires have 60k(mile) warranty. So going out at around 15-25k is out of the questions. Also, if you get BS based on tire rotation, etc, Continetal's recomended rotation miles is 6k-8k. So, mine was rotated every 5k, since it was free at 76 station with oil change and also at the dealer. So, go to a local dealer of Continetal, or look online at Continental tire website to find one close to you and have then warranty replace them. If they give you BS print out their own manual/warranty off the website...

I'm now at 19,000 miles but at 11,398 rotation the dealer noted "tires are cupped". Dealer work sheet at 8,024 mile LOF said tires had 9/32; tread; at 11,398 mile LOF was 8/32; 14,856 mile LOF it was 8/32; What is new tread depth?

There is no way the tread held up that well. Mine had 6/32 on the front at 4,000 miles.

As to the warranty - I just found that. I misunderstood your post to mean that they had a special advisory regarding the problems many of us have had/are having with the Vibe OEM tires.

Go to the Forum marked "Latest News" and you will find a thread about the Continental Tires and a TSB. It appears some are succesful and some are not....the TSB has come along after most people have already worn out and replaced their tires.Dave

I took that TSB to the Service Manager at my dealer when having the driver's side rubber molding replaced. First reaction - "A TSB is not a recall". He confirmed that my tires were "cupped". Gave me a GM 800 number to call and said that GM would want proof of my tire rotations. Person at GM. couldn't find that TSB. GM called the Service Manager. Service manager told GM that the reason they did nothing was I didn't have my tire rotation documentation. NOT QUITE THE TRUTH and I told GM that. GM told me to provide the dealer Service Manager with those documents. Mailed them to him last week - have not heard anything.
