I have not bought one of these, but just to let you know, GrafxWerks sells these as well for about $10.00 (not including shipping). Check the link below for more information. It's the 7th item down. You just apply it to the back window where the third brake light is. I got mine from Grafxwerks.

I bought the one from grafxwerks that nsimkins was talking about. It took like 3 minutes to install. It goes on the outside of the rear glass. Looks Great and the guys at grafxwerks.com are great to work with.
