A man exposes himself to an 8 year old girl, and it is ruled acceptable in Maryland. My state never ceases to amaze me!

Yeah someone was talking about that here at work. that poor girl was probably traumatized... and there is nothing that can be done about it. I swear though if someone moons me, they better be able to run faster scared than I can angry cause I'm coming after them with the intent of shoving my size 11 foot sideways up that exposed (removed)!

wow! it's one thing to do it in college, but to some 8 yr old child?? i would think that is borderline child endangerment or even a form of child molestation!

(Stang moons Phil from about 3,800 miles away) Whohoo! I'm going to Maryland! I might be able to blind half the state with one shot . Hey Drunken, ya wanna go with me?But in all seriousness, I don't think I would go around intentionally mooning underage children.

I don't think you're intimidated at all. I'm just feeling very secure sitting here knowing that I'm 3,800 miles away and about 150 lbs heavier than you. If you really want to travel that far just to get your foot stuck, please don't let me stop you. lol .Hey Phil, lookie there! Yeah, up there in the sky! What is that? Why it looks like......hey it is! It's the moon! (Stang moons Phil again from 3,800 miles away) HAHAHAHAHA gotcha again! ROFL

*aims missile from remote alaska base right between stang's cheeks* "Fire AT WILL... er I mean STANG!"on a side note, taking karate, I was probably the lightest guy there. I'm used to being outmatched by 100lbs. But to which cheek are you refering to? Or is that a mass total?

that's Montgomery county for you. If that had happened in PG County, the mom and the kid would probably have both just shot the guy and moved on.

well truth be told, i have many incriminating mooning pics from college..... hanging out the window of a moving vehicle, in the dorm room, etc. one of my friends in high school and college was nicknamed the great white because of his extremely white (removed)! it was blindingly WHITE! and he always made us get pictures of him mooning someone or something... why we obliged, i'm not really sure, but we all seemed to have a good time and laugh.

Dorrance Smith, stated in a press conference held at 8:00 am this morning that the NORAD national defense headquarters responded to a possible missile attack late yesterday evening. "A transcontinental ballistic missile was detected by the United States radar defense network last night. It appears to have been launched from a remote location in Alaska shortly after 8:30pm on Wednesday. The missile was tracked by NORAD from it's point of origin until it was intercepted and shot down by a Patriot Missile battery near Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado. It's target is uncertain, but it may have been aimed at a U.S. defensive installation."Smith refused further comment on the incident except to say that the missile was not found to be armed with nuclear, chemical, or biological agents. It is unclear if the weapon was targeting NORAD headquarters in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado, or was just passing over the area. The missile was shot down before reaching the restricted air space above the headquarters and quickly examined by special government agents and weapons experts for any possible traces of WMD.The Defense Department has pledged to find the source of the missile and those who launched it. The President is expected to comment on the incident in a press conference later this evening. Well it looks like you've really done it this time, Phil. You violent transplanted Canadians are just too much. And don't expect me to take the fall for this one. I'm telling them that you did it. Gee whiz. You try and express your human emotions and feelings buy merely revealing a perfectly natural part of the human anatomy and look what these violent Canadian oppressors do to you! Well you're in a lot of trouble now! Quote, originally posted by Mavrik »But to which cheek are you refering to? Or is that a mass total? Neither. It is an "(removed)" total.
