It says in your sig. that you have an American style horn. Is it a horn from another make of car? Is it a direct replacement? The horn on this thing is about the wimpiest I've ever heard! I'd like to replace mine too. Also, I'm thinking about your foglight covers, they look good!

Hey!!!!!! My horn is just an off the shelf local auto parts store, high pitched horn. It was a plug & play, no wire cutting necessary! Works well for me and no issues! A salvage yard horn was a second option... Kept my wife happy too since yeah, that stock horn sucks! And regarding the fog lamp covers, thanks for the interest! Let me know any questions you have and you can certainly ask the many members on the site that have them about them too!

Thanks for the info! I'll have to pick up that horn soon. And I'll let you know when I'm ready to get those covers. Any luck on the smoked ones yet? I think those would look sweet on my abyss Vibe. If not I'll be getting the clear ones.

No problem! First things first, you have to post a pic of your Firebird! People do not care what cars are talked about here, we want to see it!!!! LOL!!!!Regrading the smoked lenses... I have made one pair and a member here has them after he patiently waited to see if I could find spray tint for them. Although he has not mounted them yet, been too cold to do so and I am not sure he has a garage, he is supposed to give me a full report back on how he likes or dislikes them and pics. I am a perfectionist and was not completely happy with how the smoked turned out but possibly in the spring I can try spraying another set. The smoked paint is excellent paint but I cannot go too dark or less no light will shine through. I also have to spray them outdoors since it is really smelly and we have a cat with Asthma...

Sorry, I can't figure out how to post the only two pics I could find of the Firebird. They're not very good anyway. They were taken at the track. I guess I need to find a free pic hosting site. Any suggestions? That's cool that you might have those smoked covers figured out. I'm glad you're a perfectionist. That's why I'm sure they'll look great on the Vibe.
