Hey Vibers!I just purchased a used 2004 AWD Vibe and am getting vibrations when I hit 60mph or more. I had the dealer balance the tires before I drove it off the lot becused it was obvious they were off and then again at a well repected dealer where I live. The dealer in my area said these tires would NOT BALANCE! Has anyone esle had this issue? Upon a little investigation I found that these tires come from WalMart (a place I do not patron). Wondering if I am just looking at 4 crappy quality tires? Has anyone else had balancing issues on their Vibe with other tires? (I did see a couple of posts speaking to balancing) Any recommendations on good quality all seasons? Anyone using the GoodYear Triple Tread? Many Thanks!Antonio

Just purchased Triple Treads to replace the pathetic excuse for a tire gm put on my vibe. Sad when a tire is already starting to wear at only 7000kms n a new car!Anyways i got ride of the ****ty Continentals and put the new Triple Treads on my vibe!Had to put 205 60 16 casue it would have been an 8 week wait for the 205 55 16.The tires are a zillion times better! Better handling, very smooth riding, good in both rain and snow!Good luck!

I replaced the RS-As with TrippleTreads. It is hard for me to believe that Goodyear makes both and yet the TrippleTread is so much quieter. I went with the 225/50/16, which is identical to the original height, and luv'em. Discount Tire got'em in 2 days.

I just put Comfortreds on my 05 Matrix XR...I originally wanted the Trips but they are a no no with steelies and hubs due to the rim protector Was real sour on the Comfys at first but they are settling in a bit and smoothing out(breaking in?) About 700 miles on em....still may opt for the Triples if I get some alloys...have 30 day trial periodYou guys digging the Tripltreds? Good ride quality, not too loud?
