New CD deck. No sound-Moon and tunes package. What wire to tap into?

Hey,I just got a new CD player and now I have no sound. I read another post here and one said to connect the white/blue wire on the factory harness onto the new harness but then someone else said to tap into some gray wire. What one is it?
