So, I'll try to get the question answered here. I really apologize if this is not the place to ask.Considering what happened this month with the VOTM, I certainly do not want to unintentionally do anything that might get me banned. I am now actually scared of voting on anything! It just is not worth voting if there is any chance of running afoul of the rule above and being banned. I love GenVibe too much for that to happen. My question on the other thread was something similar to this: What would happen if I unknowingly voted twice on the same poll? For instance, lets say I voted once at the beginning of the polling process, and later on forgot that I had voted, and tried to vote again (could happen, especially since there are now 2 voting sessions per month)? Would the Zero software be aware that I had already voted, and give me a message to that effect, or would my vote go through and be counted twice, in violation of the rule above?Again, I am sorry if this is not the place to ask.

You can only vote once per poll. I believe the software will not let you vote twice. Please feel free to ask any of us any questions, that is what we are here for Also I have no idea who edited that thread lol

I really apologize if this is not the place to ask.No apology necessary. I had cleaned that thread but didn't realize you had a pending question. Sorry! The forum software will only let you vote once, and if you try again (ie. if you forgot), it would give you an error message to that effect. No worries on that part.

Please do no tbe afraid to vote. Voter turnout on a VOTM poll usually SUCKS !!!! (forum software prevents me from including the expletives I feel like typing)Given the large number of registered members who post on the forum during the time period the VOTM poll is open, the much larger number of registered members who are online during that period, and the token small number of members who actually vote in the VOTM poll, it really is pretty sad. So please do not be afraid to vote, we need all the participation we can get.If you try to vote in a poll you have already voted in, you will get the following message:If you decide to hack something to get past that and vote more than once in the same poll, you'd know it.
