Anyone know whos it is?

I know all of you have seen this red vibe all over the place (this modified one on the front of genvibe.com), the one with the black rims and everything, the pictrure is of the car on a race track, I wanna know if anyone knows whos vibe that actually is?

Got this from the article on the main page:The Vibe GT-R concept was built for last year's SEMA by General Motor's in-house Special Vehicles Group in cooperation with General Motors Service Parts Organization (SPO).
