I don't know but, the green in me makes my buy Mr. Gas ethanol blend periodically. I know it's usually 2 cents above regular (apparently it shouldn't be) but it makes me feel good. It's also better for the engine. Anyone else apt to burn it?http://www.iogen.ca/cellulose_....html

I use it when it's the same price, usually at McKewen(sp). It has a higher octane rating also 89 compared to regular 87.

I fill up on ethanol from time to time. Been running on 89 oct anyway.McKewen has it 2 cents below regular on wednesdays. But I mostly use Petro Can because I get 2 % rebate if my monthly bill hits 200 $, with both cars. My wife's Max runs on Super ($$)RémiCarlsbad Springs (Ottawa)

the E85 vehicles seem to run with less mpg than the same car with gas. ie. ford taurus.

I do believe that Toyota does NOT reccommend ethanol fuel for these engines (1zz at least). Don't have my manual handy, but I seem to remember a specific paragraph saying not to use it as the engine was not designed for it. *shrug* Kind of a moot point though, as pretty soon we'll all be using blended fuel with no choice......
