interior rattles

i am getting tired... the more i drive this car the more rattles. window panels, the air filter behind the glove box, the panels by the front windows, the noise behind the cd changed, oh and lets not mention the back plastic. my mirage with 93k did not sound as bad as this. getting really anoyed. any help?

well, first thing, find where exactly the rattles are coming from.maybe a screw could be loose between panels or so. if it's just cause of loose fitments, then go to home depot. they have these weather strips for general use. it's foam. they come in tons of sizes. ok, i just checked. they are called "rubber foam weathe rseal - self stick tape" you can stick them between panles and it will keep them from making noise. i use it for the rear plastic panles. i have a 12" sub that used to rattle everything. it since has stopped.if all home depots are arranged the same way, it should be on isle 12 or 13. good luck.

hmmm wonder about that insulating foam, ya know the stuff that you squirt into cracks and it expands to fill that could be quite fun :D
