ok, i know i brough this up a while ago, but i finally got it in the mail yesterday.i received it pretty laye, and thought "hmm, i should do it tomorrow, there's only about an hour of day light, plus it's in the 30's".i went out and did it anyways. took me about 2 hours. it wasn't difficult, just that plastic panels seem to get brittle at freezing temperatues. basically i cracked a few of the clip on panels. lolworks great, though i wish there was a mute button.

I'm interested in installing sensors. Where did you purchase them? Isn't the display suppose to go in the rear window so you can see it while you're looking as you're backing up?

got them from ebay. paid 38$ shipped.you can put the display anywhere in the car. i thought about placing the display on the rear hatch. it's difficult to route wires thru the weather snake that goes to the hatch. specially since the display connector is about an inch wide. i didn't even give it a second thought.the display is small enough not to be seen unless trying to.plus there is a audible warning.
